特别活动泊车 Guidelines

The following 付款方式 are available:

  • Provide the FAO number on the 预订表单.
  • When the parking request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a 二维码 that may be emailed to your guests.
  • Guests use their cell phones or other devices to scan the 二维码 as they enter and exit the lot. Guests will not need to pay anything, as their parking will be paid via departmental charge.
  • T在这里 are no refunds or returns of parking 二维码s, so be sure to reserve only the spaces you need.
  • Department FAOs will be charged at the end of the month using the account number provided on the 预订表单.

  • 验证 may be available for purchase, depending on parking availability. Please contact Quentin Shaw, Special Event Coordinator, at qshaw@ur.罗彻斯特.edu to inquire about parking availability for your event.
  • Validation tickets should be given to your guests upon their exit from the event.
  • Validation tickets are good for one exit only.

  On the 医疗中心 Campus, keycodes are available only for College Town Garage.  When the access code has been approved and created, you will receive an email with the new key code for distribution to your guests. Your department will be billed at the end of the month using the account number provided at the time the code was set up. 请求一个键码 在这里.
